“We’re so disappointed that my room type doesn’t have air conditioners which not mentioned in hotel.com. Otherwise we absolutely won’t book it. And the room facilities are old and the beds lack of support. We’re not happy for this stay. ”

“Hotel is in a great location in Erfurt. 10 steps from the kramerbruke bridge and central Erfurt. So if you’re planning on just walking from your hotel this is a great choice.
Room: it was fine. Carpet, which isn’t always my favorite for a hotel, but appeared clean. Room layout was ok, but the bathroom space was very awkward. No counter space at all. Shower was horrible, had to stand over the drain to be in the right spot for the water. But if you’re a tub person it’s good. Also not enough……

“The hotel is under renovation and in the morning we had several workers right in front of our windows peeping in, not a good experience and we wished they had told us prior.
The bar tender is in and out, long wait times.
Location is great and in walking distance to all mid city old town attractions”
