“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”

“Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. I couldn't possibly comment on that.”

“The staff at the front desk are awesome, especially Monique the magician. Great coffee at breakfast. Generally a very nice and well located place to stay. If you are travelling with significant luggage and need to get to the airport then have them call 2 cabs as the city has very few van sized options ”
