"All the Staff, especially Ufuk were so friends and helpful. The room was comfortable, well positioned for sightseeing and restaurants. We were provided with a mobile WIFI gadget which was really helpful as we were not roaming. Plenty of tea, coffee and water in our room. "

"Management could be more friendly and helpful. Every time we went out or came back they was no hello or hi. If we needed map to know what was around they gave us a map and that was it. They wont let us know what was around. The street people were more helpful than the hotel staff. "

"Through Expedia this hotel offers “Pay on Arrival” but then later the hotel sends a message requiring some partial prepayment or reservation will be cancelled. However, at this point there is no convenient way to prepay as over the phone payment and payment through Expedia not possible. For us it was very stressful and inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel should not offer “Pay on Arrival” through booking websites."

"The hotel lobby and restaurant were great, and the staff were nice, except for the first night when they refused to switch my room despite some issues like a non-working AC and safe, dirty carpets, and occasional sewage smell. I tried to get them to change my room, but gave up as I didn't even want to walk on the dirty carpet. However, they did send someone to replace the safe, and it turned out the AC was actually working, but the staff, a couple of young girls working late at night, didn't...
