“Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay……

“Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed in the business suite the day of our wedding in Kyiv. I contacted the hotel through hotels.com to ask if they could do something special for my new spouse. They had a bottle of bubbly and some delicious chocolates waiting for us. She really liked that! We liked the place so much that we stayed an extra day. Conveniently located by some delicious restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much! ”
