“We had ants in our room where we needed to ask reception for spray to kill them, next day after returning to the room the room cleaning was done however still ants on the floor when we returned. Other than that we had no issues. - Staff majority very professional and friendly - manager in bar was slightly rude when I advised pizza we got served was cold almost froze and ask them to recook, he didn’t even speak just gave a dirty look grabbed the plate and left then sent someone else back down……

“La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y eran amplios. La piscina tenía el agua bastante caliente, supongo que por el calor, y también estaba limpia, tanto dentro como fuera en el recinto. El personal del hotel muy amable (recepcionistas, camareros, cocineros, limpiadores y resto de personal). La comida variada y buena, con chef en vivo para algunos platos. El personal lo mantiene bien, es buen hotel, pero sí le hace falta una mano de pintura (sobre todo por fuera) y algo de actualización……

“Superior hotel far better than I could possibly have expected. With excellent staff, especially the very sweet ladies helping the karaoke along ( and other events like quiz night). There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. I asked for a second room card on the phone (I didn’t want to leave and find no one at the reception—an experience I’ve had before) and couldn’t find my……

“Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised.”

“Tipico hotel casposo y masificado con publico regulero. El buffet tiene probablemente la peor comida que he comido. Por decir algo bueno, las habitaciones estan bien y la ubicacion del hotel es buena. Eso si, no repetiria jamas. ”
