“A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time.”

“The apartment was located in central location - close to all restaurants, bars and the beach. However the apartment was located in a very industrial area. From the outset, the apartment looked good however the bathrooms were not cleaned, the living area were not vacuumed properly as there were crisp crumbs everywhere and when it rain the roof leaked in the middle of the living room. Very poor experience and never to book again.”

“tired bathroom ensuite didnt flush beds need replacing wall need painting ”

“This property was absolutely amazing had gorgeous sea view lovely and modern brilliant play park right outside for kids my 10 year old granddaughter loved it ten minutes from lovely wee town with pretty shops and great places to eat will definitely return can’t recommend enough also if there was anything you needed extra towels etc staff are only a phone call away”

“Didn’t smell fresh, Mattress and pillows need protectors, wand needed for blinds to open and close. Attention to detail, ie grout in shower, and kitchen worktop.Place mats for table and small coffee table would be useful for hot drinks.”

“Another brilliant stay, although the apartment is getting a little tired, sofa needs replaced , utensils need upgraded, ie no frying pans, cuttlery sparse and a possible deep clean is required. All that said I will return , with my frying pan as we all love a good Scottish fry up. 🙂”
