“Location is good but the rooms and furniture need improvement. TV in the room did not work. Chair was uncomfortable and could hurt someone. Service in the restaurant was slow. ”

“A decent place to stay, quiet and nicely located. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. However, the staff are disorganised and do not respect standard boundaries and confidentiality. Upon arrival, we paid the hotel for the rooms we had booked. They did not provide a receipt or any record of that payment, and then chased us after check-out for the exact same payment. They contacted our family members (who stayed in the hotel as well) regarding our payments, and continued to contact them……

“I cannot fault this property all the food or the coffee shop the welcoming with guava juice after a dusty journey was very welcoming. They made registration easy where they came to me at the coffee shop to sign in the food was incredible and the chef came out to see me. There was a convention on while I was there where they were hundreds of people mainly men but they had a barbecue on grounds adjoining the hotel. It was a lovely relaxation being able to watch the waterfalls and the calmness of……
