“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from a luxury property. On arrival, one staff member took all three of our passports, completed the check-in process, and told us everything was fine and that our room would be ready shortly. However, when we returned, another employee informed us that our king room for two people could not accommodate a third guest, despite us never being told this beforehand. I explained that I was willing to pay any……

“The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and……

“Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également. Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer. Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement.”

“We had a great time at the Sahara Hotel Agadir. Everything was fine — the room was nice and clean, very spacious, with a lovely beach view. The only thing that let us down was the breakfast. At the time we visited, they were not offering a buffet breakfast, and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked. So before booking, make sure to ask if they are still doing buffet breakfast — especially if you love a good breakfast! Staff was friendly.”
