“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“We’ve just returned from a fantastic two-night winter sun break at the Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel, and it absolutely delivered. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming; exactly what you want when escaping the winter gloom.
