“Booked as a mini December winter sun break. The hotel is amazing. Spacious, modern, clean. The staff all very inviting and friendly. Our suite was beautiful. The hot tub on the balcony really made this little break the best one ever. The buffet breakfast - so much choice we didn't know where to start. Would recommend to anyone. The hot tub upgrade is more than worth it. Turned a normal little break into something very special. Really spoiled us when it comes to what we look at booking in……

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

“I stayed at this hotel, which is officially rated as 5 stars, but in reality I would give it more of a solid 3 stars. The rooms are very spacious and, most importantly, everything is extremely clean — that’s definitely the hotel’s biggest strength. However, the rooms are quite outdated. Some of the furniture is chipped, the inside of the fridge was cracked, and overall you can see that the place needs renovation. Still, the cleanliness made up for a lot.
