“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“Grossartiges Hotel mit perfekter Lage im malerischen Menaggio. Das Hotelgebäude selbst wunderschön, die Zimmer sind geräumig und luxuriös, mit toller Aussicht.
Der Spa-Bereich ist riesig. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den See ein Erlebnis.
Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Ein insgesamt grossartiger Aufenthalt, bei dem nichts hätte besser sein können.”

- Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner)

- Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival
- Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most
