“Some staff at reception weren’t bothered helping. Some did. There is no luggage help. The dining options are poor to say the least.
However, some dining waiting staff were very welcoming and was a relief to know that something was better.
The shower room leaked water in the rest of the bathroom, was very uncomfortable.
THERE IS NO AC IN THE ROOM. When the temperature outside was hot, the inside even hotter. The nights were very uncomfortable despite requisitioning a fan.

“Hotel Flüela Davos was by far beyond our expectations. The people were amazing. Everyone on the team is dedicated for your comfort. Rooms were very clean and cosy. Every equipment in the room was working well. They provided complimentary water and chocolates every day. The hotel restaurant was also delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful. We enjoyed the spa section a lot. The outside jacuzzi is a must experience. You have a nice bubble massage while watching the falling snow flakes. The hotel……
