"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff on the ground floor and at check-in were very friendly and helpful, though staff in other areas were only average. A few things to note: Facilities come with quite a lot of rules. The pool requires advance booking, which felt inconvenient while on holiday — I prefer being able to use it whenever I feel like. Entry is also not allowed if you’re wearing room slippers. Breakfast is organised into three entry sessions, which resulted in waiting times and a very busy dining area. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience. A wider fruit selection would have made the breakfast experience better."
