“This “so called” 5 stars hotel does not deserve even 3 stars.
Nobody picks up your luggage on arrival. They dont escort you to your room.
The pool is over chlorined, makes your skin rash and feel sick from breathing. There is moist at the pool where the pool water ends.
There is no room service. You have to go fetch anything you need from the bar.
The cleaning staff wakes you up with sounds each morning at 8.
The place where you have open buffet is so hot, no air conditioning. All food……

“Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it)
The service and staff were absolutely excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The dining was truly 5 star (and I did not realize that dinner was included in the booking as well as breakfast)
Bookings are pricey even by 5 star standards but I don’t regret spending a little extra on this hotel
My only complaint would be the air condition was not……
