金洛克 5 星级酒店, US$150 起

“I stayed here for a week. The hostel is always busy. The staff are friendly and informative. However, the kitchen is too small to accommodate all people. The hair dryer is not available 2 days during my stay. ”

“早餐選擇極少，味道差”

“Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived”

“Very nice hotel, clean big and luxurious. Good gym and squash court, close to coronet peak”

“The view was spectacular.”

“Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point.”

“I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath. The receptionist came to see it, but he was not very sure as well and told me better not to use it, so i couldn't take a bath , and the next day , when I checked out , they told me oh yes it's for bath :( Feel very disappointed about……

“Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav……

“員工很熱情 & helpful 願意就我們的滑雪行程提早安排早餐 而且早餐質素非常高 房間舒適，十分推薦！”

“早餐一般，外面有其他更好。客房比我们3年前残旧需要翻新。但今次我们二楼受顶楼的声浪影响晚上睡眠不足所以扣分。”

“We had a very enjoyable vacation at the hotel. The hotel environment is elegant and the location is very convenient. You can walk to any place in the town. Jessica's service is particularly good! Every time we return to the hotel, we receive her warm greetings and assistance ”

“靠近湖邊，景色優美，房間設備齊全，服務貼心，態度親切，唯一房價比較貴，但在聖誕期間還算合理，如再到當遊玩，也會再次選擇住宿這酒店．”

“Amazing views and quiet for so close to busy downtown. Great sized bedroom. Pillows dead flat, the flattest pillows ive ever experienced. Bathroom and bedroom doors did not close - not a huge problem but light from foyer came thru to bedroom a little. They had a plug in air freshener which was super potent. Room make up on day two was very good!”
