The hotel pictures and looking at it from far away, it looks modern and contemporary, but it's only a layer of makeup. - Check in. We were told to take the elevators from the east wing, after 15min of looking for the room and which rooms were very well signed, we went back to reception and now told us (different person, that such a room was on the west wing).. Seul petit bémol : le Kids Club, où l’animatrice est scotchée à son téléphone à toute heure au lieu de s’occuper des enfants. ”

“The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied. ”
