It was a nice hotel, a bit basic in the finishes, most of the people that worked there were absolutely lovely
Booked Adams Beach Resort as we love Cyprus and decided to try somewhere else.
The location and hotel are great, on the beach and with plenty of pools and places to eat. We booked a deluxe room in the adult only section of the hotel which has its own pool, which was great for us. The room was nice but felt as though it was at the end of a long season of use, which it was so no real issues there.
We booked half board and in all honesty we wouldn't book half board again. The only place you can eat as a half board resident is the main buffet which was pretty samey to be fair with not a whole lot of flavour and there were no drinks included in the half board package. If we were to visits Adams Beach again we would only book B&B as there are plenty of great choices within an easy walk from the hotel.
The real standout of our stay were the Glasshouse, a sixth floor restaurant which was THE best place I have eaten in Cyprus EVER.
In terms of people who made the holiday amazing they were Era, who is one of the chefs in the Atlantic breakfast room. She was great at looking after us as my wife is gluten free so she always had options for us and just had a really nice way about her and also Livia in the Sushi bar, next to the pool.
Would we stay here again, yes.
Lovely modernisation nice view and Reception area. So disappointed we had to pay €50 to use the spa facilities- which are only included apparently on weekdays. Great staff and lovely location.
I’m shocked this is a 5 star hotel, but I think it’s just aging and that makes it a bit more challenging to keep up.
Our room was perfectly fine, but comparable to an average hotel room in Canada, not what I’d expect to pay the price I paid for this. The breakfast that is included was not good, but we understand it can be challenging to feed so many people so they need to keep it kind of neutral. I would have been really upset if we’d paid for the half or full board and every meal was like that, though.
The staff at the bar out by the pool was wonderful! They were attentive and quick. They made sure to give us recommendations and told us to ask if we needed anything.
My frustration was around communication with the hotel. Right from the time I booked, I noticed that even though my search included two adults and the room was for two adults and I had named two adults, only my name showed up and there was only one adult listed on the booking. So, I reached out to the hotel to let them know. Nobody got back to me so I assumed it was fine.
Then our flight was impacted by the ATC outage in the UK so I called to let them know we’d be checking in on a different day so they wouldn’t give our room away. They didn’t ask for any information, just told me ‘you can check in 24/7’ and hung up. I messaged to confirm. Upon arrival, I realized they had not checked a single message and didn’t know it was for two adults, as well.
Overall, it was okay but not the best.
We stayed at Adams Beach as a family and unfortunately left very disappointed. We booked a Queen Suite but were initially given a room, located in an old part of the hotel. The dated corridor and old-fashioned carpets honestly felt like stepping back into the 1980s. After complaining, we were moved to Queen Suite Room by the pool, which was comfortable and much closer to what we expected. Despite asking several times, we never received confirmation that the 2 rooms are actually the same Queen Suite category.
Front Office communication was poor throughout the issue. The GM later apologised personally, acknowledged that our experience was not up to the hotel’s standards and promised follow-up. Nobody from management or Guest Relations contacted us again, even before check-out. I emailed the GM again after leaving and received no response.
Half board was also disappointing, even water costs extra, while the dining area had no A/C, only fans. For a five-star hotel this felt extremely penny-pinching. What’s next? adding spicy sauce to the food to sell more drinks?
Pool rules prohibit reserving sunbeds with towels, yet by 8am many were “reserved” while the pool was practically empty. The rule is there but the enforcement apparently isn’t.
The pools were enjoyable, but service and handling of problems were far from five-star. if you decide to stay here, lower your expectations.
Beautiful hotel, massive swimming pool area, water slides and private beach.

We had a really nice stay in Adams during the Christmas holiday in the end of 2025. Friendly staff and great location just next to the beach and we would love to come back in the future. The only recommendation I would like to give is the number of coffee machine available during the breakfast period as it has always been a long queue and it might ruin the relax atmosphere. Other than that, everything was really nice.
Our stay at this hotel was amazing, we were in the premium room and it was spacious and lovely, the staff were friendly and kind and couldn’t do more for you and the facilities were outstanding, will definitely be coming back next year

A large very lovely hotel. Staff great. Spa even better. Room was good, clean with complimentary bath robes, fridge and coffee pod maker.
Breakfast was more than adequate. Piano bar had no pianist and a basic food menu consisting of pizza and burgers but well cooked.
Large supermarket on site which sold hats, swimwear snacks and drinks.
Several pools, one with a flume and one large indoor heated pool (seasonal)
The hotel is located beside a sandy beach.
We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Great service and large rooms, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with many options. The beach area and the pools were amazing.
Vala restaurant too expensive compared to other restaurants we have been in the city centre.
There is an issue with the elevator availability. Long waiting each time.
Highly recommend.
Went for a family wedding. Would highly recommend for special occasion. The hotels wedding planner is excellent. The hotel has everything for a family holiday too. This is not a traditional five star hotel but guess it gets that status as it has everything for a family. We all had a great time. Not suitable we thought for adult only in summer time
Strange concept. The neighbourghood is really nothing special. The hotel offers everything. Restaurants, bars, swimmingpools, private beach, cosy rooms. The variety of services justify the 5*. Service level and is rather equivalent to 3/4*. Huge complex , 400+ rooms. We had a good time, but not sure if I want to return.
The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops.
Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good.
Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel.
You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning.
It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed.

The outdoor pools are very nice and the proximity to Nissi beach is ann advantage but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel as presented.
The dining area was unbearable because there is no AC and on the corridors as well.
They charge extra and even a glass of water.
The food is average at best. Definitely not worth the pricing they charge
