“The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza”

“Really stylish hotel in a perfect beach front location, surrounded by a variety of bars and restaurants 10 min walk from Ibiza old town. Roof top pool and bar area was brilliant and had a real good vibe and view. Food and drink choices also top notch. All staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. ”

“Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for a week and we loved it! Service was exceptional throughout the property. Rooms were lovely and poolside was always clean. Food was good for an All Inclusive…not the greatest selection, but I like that. Can’t fault this hotel…everything was perfect, even at peak season. Would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“Amazing hotel with really nice and attentive staff. In particular the breakfast restaurant staff was always smiling and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic, wide range of products, all super fresh and delicious. The adult pool was great, very cool and relaxed vibes, good DJ. The gym was pretty limited, mostly cardio stuff, no real free weights. Location is ok, but I hadn’t paid attention it was in San Antonio. Overall we had a really nice stay.”

“This is the first hotel where we cannot fault anything! The design was beautiful, the service exceptional and the food amazing. We are a mix of vegetarians and vegans which we told the hotel about before arriving and they went out of their way to provide so many options for us. It’s right next to a beautiful sandy beach and all rooms face the sea. The only very minor thing is they don’t have any loungers on the beach itself. ”
