This hotel is overpriced and run down. It is in need of updating and freshened up. We were also given an accessible room despite reserving a regular room. They did not move us when we requested a change. Very disappointing when you pay that much for a room. I would not stay here again.

Pretty run down rooms and common areas. The distillery and bar were good, but the staff were not extremely friendly or helpful. The breakfast buffet was actually pretty good but you had to hike a mile to get to your table with your food. Parking was miserable on the street, but there is a lot in the back they don’t tell you about.

This hotel was in a perfect spot near the airport they even have a covered walk way that takes you directly to the hotel. I mostly used the bus to in to city center such as Union square via international avenue which is just a 6 min walk from hotel. The entire hotel staff was lovely especially Alex who worked at night and helped me when I had a slight problem during my stay. Loved the restaurant as well. I would gladly stay here again.

The Ness Walk is a lovely 5 star hotel right in the heart of Inverness and along the Ness River. Very easy to walk into towns where there is a plethora of restaurants. We were greeted by a friendly staff with a glass of their complementary Processco. The grounds are gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!

"There were a number of great activities in and around the hotel. However we found our room to be very unclean, the floor was dirty and the door frame had a brown substance on it. We were woken up by loud noises by staff from out the window. We didn't enjoy staying in the room."

"I was disgusted by there not being a TOILET BRUSH! I asked at the desk and was told company policy I've never heard anything so crazy, and have never knowingly stayed in a hotel without one before.
