No air con in the room. Only two loud fans. Did not have a good sleep. No iron or ironing facilities. When asked at reception was told they’re all in other rooms and nothing they can do.

Not the hotels fault but very noisy but there was a wedding on but at 02.15 heard pouring water got up and water was coming through the ceiling and down the door from the upstairs room tried twice to call reception no response got dressed went to try find someone before any more damage was done found someone who came up to address the issue. Person had passed out drunk in shower with water running hence the problem got back to bed 30 min later water slowly stopped after 45 min. Ordered full breakfast forgot our bacon and sauce which we asked for which came 10 min after we had finished. Hotel itself was a 10/10 but we were unlucky after travelling for 11 hours to get there.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful grounds. My only regret is we arrived very late due to car trouble and we only had one night to stay. We would love to come back to Scotland and will definitely book Ardo House again.
