This place is just a notch above a hostel. Only difference is you have a private room and bathroom. One key per room, no matter how many people are in the room. Refrigerator is located in the management office which is locked up most of the evening. Microwave is in a bottom floor lounge that is locked clearly evening and not unlocked until 10am. TV in rooms only work for streaming if you have an account with the streaming service. No elevator/lift at all. They’ve put a lot of work into this place to make it a hotel and it looks good but it is lacking in amenities.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Decor is very dated. Rooms are quite dark and musky. Doors are stiff and got caught on carpets and door frames. Location is good for exploring the city. However, the hotel fronts onto the party street of Inverness. Try and get a room facing the river if want sleep before midnight or aren’t disturbed by noise.

lugging the luggage up the stairs, only had 1 person helping too many people water went off while taking a shower leak in bathroom water all over floor and into room could not get coffee too many people and then there was none so i gave up
