“Hotel Golden is in a great location, and the shared rooms have a very nice interior. However, there's one issue: at night, there's a gathering of Rajasthani boys outside the hotel, right below it, which is very inappropriate. They use very loud and abusive language, which is very disturbing for couples and families. Another negative point is that some of the hotel staff members, about one or two boys, seemed suspicious. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Golden Hills from January 13th, 2026, and……

“When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you ”

“Visted mount abu property on 02 Nov 24 with family. The stay was plesant in overall. However property correct contact number not provided in itinary, resulted in unsecure booking till arrival. On arrival also booking was not showing in prporty recieption. It was quite bad when you reach to prpoperty for stay. Staff Mr. Vishal given us full sopport and provided a room as booked. Staff co-operative. Property renovated and exterior still on progress. Interior quite good. Like the satff and……

“This hotel has no lift and the breakfast thats included is not much option. They charge just to use a heater. The blankets have stains. The receipt machine does not work so you have to pay cash only. The wifi is not great at all. However the location is great, you get peaceful sleep because it is quite. They do not have much amenities. Overall the price was not worth it. I was little bit disappointed.”
