“Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to downtown and Boise State University. Plus the Zoo, which was very nice and the Boise River trail. Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, not a typical hotel room.”

“The property was clean, and presented well, but absolutely no warmth. The bell staff was excellent, the front desk seemed to be on their phones for the most part. I inquired about tea/ coffee in the morning, and was directed to a for-profit business. I paid $350.00 and could not get a cup of tea for the road, on property. I stayed the next evening in Jackson Hole, for $130.00 and enjoyed a comparatively lavish coffee bar in the morning. It was fine, but I won't stay there again. $35.00 to park……

Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape……
