Ella House I

Welcome to Ella House, a contemporary three-bedroom haven boasting premium amenities for your comfort. The first and second bedrooms feature queen beds and built-in robes, while the third bedroom offers a snug double bed. Enjoy the luxury of supplied linen, electric blankets, and towels during your stay.

The open-plan kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, equipped with a stone benchtop, spacious walk-in pantry, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, and dishwasher. Ella House ensures a self-contained living experience with a well-appointed kitchen.

The kitchen seamlessly connects to the expansive dining and lounge area, providing direct access to the north-facing outdoor alfresco dining space. Unwind in the lounge, furnished with two leather couches, a 55" Smart TV, blu-ray DVD player, and a stereo for your entertainment.

Ella House features three generously sized bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite showcasing a double shower and a skylight for natural light. A second bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms. A full-size laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds convenience to your stay.

The landscaped front and back yards are enclosed with secure colorbond fencing, hosting a clothesline and a lock-up garage with additional driveway parking. Zoned ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, Rinnai instant gas hot water, and a fitted alarm system guarantee a secure and comfortable stay.

Conveniently situated within walking distance to the Adelaide bus network, a local park with playground, BBQ, and an outdoor training track, Ella House offers easy access to Patritti Winery and the nearest train station just a five-minute drive away. Enjoyed our stay at Dover Gardens. Only real issue we had was the outdoor setting is too big for patio and caused 1 to fall off patio down the step and another had their chair tip backwards down step, quite dangerous. BBQ was too dirty to use which was disappointing.

Clean and modern little townhouse in a handy location only a couple of minutes drive to Brighton beach. This is our second stay at Ella House, would highly recommend to anyone wanting pet friendly accommodation in the Adelaide area.

2nd time stay as still as good as the first time

Position of the home is brilliant, everything you want and need is not far away. It’s a home away from home. It’s so clean and tidy you don’t have to do anything until you leave, and that’s just to make sure that you leave it tidy and the dishes are done. So easy ! Everything you need in the home is there and nothing is too much, if you’re doubting about booking you shouldn’t it’s great and so easy to get too. Thanks Janet for a great stay again. Wonderful house, conveniently located

We have stayed at a lot of holiday homes over the years but this rates as one of the best. It is convenient for SA Aquatic centre and shops, and not too far from the beach and good eateries. The house is in a quiet area, spotlessly clean and modern, lovely open plan well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas plus outside space with covered balcony and clean functioning BBQ. It was perfect for our requirements and would definitely stay again.
