Jamel was absolutely delightful. Offered to carry our luggage up to our room as the elevators were not in order. Told us he was making cookies for all the guests... with love. Great personality !

The location was perfect for visiting with family and catching up. This area of OKC has changed a lot since I grew up in the city. The Oak setting was truly delightful. Our room was clean and very comfortable, even for our short stay. Everyone from the valet to the desk clerk as we checked in to the valet as we were leaving was polite and professional. We definitely will stay here again I am sure.

Pros: affordable for suite space -you get living room and counter for coffee/tea along with fridge and microwave oven, clean room, close proximity to most places when driving. Cons: noisy people upstairs late at night, most nights. When I mentioned to management, all she did was comment how long those guests have stayed. Worn-out and dusty furniture, especially in the open, public space where there were nice plants.

Wonderful hotel! We got the two bedroom suite! We had two adults and 5 kids and all fit perfect. The staff was beyond friendly, even being so patient with our kiddos, who were all there to celebrate our daughters birthday. Rooms were clean, outside was clean, halls and stairway were clean. Breakfast was very good, only thing I wish is they would've served sausage or bacon instead of breakfast taco meat, BUT still it was all amazing! Would definitely stay again.
