Check-in was quick and easy, the front-desk attendant was very nice and the room was clean. Our only issue was the commode, a 2 a.m. visit found that the handle mechanism had broken off and we had to flush by reaching into the tank and pull the plunger up. I was not going to ask for a room exchange at 2 a.m. with an early check-out. I told the morning front-desk attendant about it and she looked at me like a deer in the head lights, no apologies for the swim parties and no offer of a discount to my room rate.
