This classic 3 bedroom timber beach house has recently undergone a fresh makeover and looks pretty as a picture. Located in a peaceful bush setting and walking distance to all Aireys Inlet has to offer, this is a great base for your coastal escape. Atwood has three bedrooms - the main bedroom has a comfy Queen Size bed, the second with two single beds and the third with a Tri Bunk (double bed and single bed on top). The bedrooms are serviced by a sparkling new central bathroom. The property is in a lovely native block with a great deck for alfresco dining, enjoying your morning coffee or sitting back and watching the visiting birds. A wood fire and plug in electric heaters and fans provide comfort all year round. Atwood really is the perfect place for your next family or couples getaway! Linen not supplied - hire service available on request (48hours notice required) Please note Wifi not available but can wireless hotspot for TV (and standard TV channels are available). Forced move in days may apply over peak times. Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks,etc) See terms and conditions Firewood is only supplied from May to October. It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner. Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking.
