Hardware was great. It has a quite large bed (probably king size), good quality of mattress, stable hot shower and air conditioning (fast in cooling the room). Garden within the facility looks fabulous and nice outdoor seating space (some were drying their clothes there). Laundry facility was easy to use and the function is not bad (sometimes we need to dry our clothes for a few more minutes for better condition). You can only use these facilities before 9:30pm). You can also walk to a nearby pond, which has good natural scenery, frogs and dragonflies.
The downside was the wifi security & connection issue. When I log in online, it keeps telling me that the wifi router was hacked so I can't access some of the websites. I had an issue with my flight and it was impossible to access the website using the wifi. I had to use my 4G instead, which I needed to buy more data. The phone connection was unstable as well, so if you have an emergency phone call and needs a long time of waiting (like an airline customer service), you probably need to drive or walk down for a better connection.
