"The staff were nice and accommodating. Especially Mr. Adel Saad, who helped us with our things during our stay. We also enjoyed the music when there was a party. The location was also convenient. Just a few steps in restaurants, shops, spa, salon and especially to the beach. I would say I prefer their dinner to breakfast. I think they need to add more options for their breakfast."

"Property was ok, sometimes staff were miserable. From what I saw poor hygiene. Just need to be careful. Had a fridge in the room, which was good to keep our fresh fruits. Air con worked well. Only issue was the location, I found it difficult to get public transport or a taxi as the drivers always wanted to over charge us. "

"I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. "Great holiday, food was good, staff couldn't be anymore helpful. Hotel in lovely spot. nama bay is around 10-15 minute walk or get hotel shuttle bus. We had family room, good size 2 bedrooms, hotel put extra bed in room for second child. Would recommend and look forward to coming back !"

"It’s a 3* - and very good for that level. The staff were very friendly overall - the service isn’t great - had to go on the hunt for cutlery most meal times.
The food was tasty - some days more than others - always found something to eat but we aren’t that fussy - and went out for dinner quite a lot for a change of scene. Entertainment was poor - but we aren’t into that anyway.
Rooms big and cleaned every day. Good pool towels - changed each day.
Pool areas good - clean and in good condition. Comfy sunloungers. Mainly servicing Egyptian and Russian customers - we liked it and felt very comfortable there. It was a base to sleep and shower while we explored the beaches and did trips. It’s absolutely not a luxury hotel - you’ll need to pay for that. If you want a cheap clean option and actually feel like you are in Egypt then it’s perfect! It was great as an additional cheap holiday to get some sunshine - weather at Easter was fantastic. Sometimes too hot. "

"The location was great and the staff were professional and very friendly and helpful. The dining facilities were excellent with good breakfast and dinner variety. The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings. The hotel has nice swimming pool. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed and air conditioning. The bathroom was good with powerful hot water. There is in site SPA with sauna, streaming room and massage services. Highly recommend and it was good value for money."
