“Faites attention à cette hôtel dès votre arrivée. J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec cette hôtel. Télévision fissuré et baignoire douche fissuré . Après avoir fait des photos et déclaré tout cela dès mon arrivé à la réception, ils m’ont dit ça sera traité. Toujours rien , le dernier jour de mon départ de l’hôtel , ils m’ont obligé de payer les réparations de la télévision pour 500€ . J’ai dû faire venir la police de l’immigration pour régler ce conflit. Les servants du restaurant……

“Didn't use the pool ”

“Helpful staff at the reception and nice clean room with comfortable bed. However for the price I paid the food was mediocre. The room door frustratingly opened only after several attempts at pushing and swipes of the key card. The beautiful palm tree surround pool had imo dangerously loud music playing for hours at a time, which significantly took away from the experience. Also, inexplicably they had set up a dart board in front of the public shower by the pool...😱 The spa had a price list……

“- I tried to make the most out of the amenities - gym was really nice to have there for a quick workout. Pools were also nice and clean overall. - Some staff were rude, however, most were okay to deal with.. - There was a variety of food options at the restaurant inside the hotel, but not much for breakfast. They are strict on time - so make sure you’re not late for the times listed (they will not accept that you are late and will probably tell you to have to pay for your food from the bar at……

“I had coordinated for a transport from the airport but was told once I arrived that they could not accommodate us. We had to get a taxi that dropped us over half a mile from the hotel. My wife was not happy as we had to walk down a dark street with all of our luggage. The next day my daughter had come to visit and she was going to change in our room to go on a snorkeling trip. The front desk made a big deal about not allowing guests even though I offered to pay extra. The manager finally agreed……

“I stayed in a very old room that nothing similar with the pictures published.”

“Don’t stay at this hotel. Extremely filthy. Bathroom and shower. Cockroaches and weird bugs. The air conditioner in the room was broken and it was over 90°. They attempted to fix it for three days and it still is not fixed. Very tormenting situation. The staff are friendly and tried to help. Overall, it’s not worth the headache that you’re gonna encounter.”

“I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night……
