“I honestly don’t know where to start wallah, my experience at Jasmine Hotel was incredible. The rooms were very clean, and having 24hour housekeeping and room service made everything so easy. The location is also very convenient, not far from the Haram and close to Makkah Mall. What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were so kind and treated me better than I could have ever expected. Wallah, when my daughter became unwell and I had to go to the hospital, the way they supported me……

“The reception staff were very rude, and some of them did not speak English well. On several occasions, while people were waiting in the queue, staff would allow Arabic-speaking guests to go ahead of others, which felt unfair. It was also very difficult to get assistance when calling for help, and responses were often delayed. This was not my first stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I had a bad experience on both occasions. The management were not helpful in resolving concerns……
