“Nice place”

“The staff is absolutely amazing—always helpful, supportive, and kind. Special thanks to the two gentlemen working the night shift and Ms. Hadeel during the day for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. This was my fourth stay at Wirgan, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate the staff’s dedication to making guests feel welcome and comfortable. I look forward to staying here again soon. Highly recommended!”

When I reported this to the staff, the security team was very dismissive and showed no care for my safety. I immediately contacted the police and filed an official complaint. The police investigated the incident and issued a legal fine to the hotel for this major security breach. I had to cancel my stay and leave immediately. I highly recommend……

“Clean rooms, helpful staff. Great that there were regular shuttles to the haram. The buses could have better sign posted but all in all a little wait always had a bus available. The food selection and availability was top notch. Really good stay.”
