"I recently spent 4 days at this cabin on the west side of Lake Nipissing, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin was very clean, easily accessible, and well-equipped with everything you might need—games, utensils, pots and pans, and plenty of cozy spots to relax while enjoying the beautiful waterfront view.We were lucky with perfect weather during our stay, which meant I was able to get out on the canoe every day for some exploring and fishing. That said, even if the weather hadn’t cooperated, the cabin had plenty to keep us entertained with a great selection of games, movies, and TV shows.Overall, it was the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor adventure. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others and look forward to returning myself!"

"We loved our stay at the modern log cabin retreat. The interior is exactly like in the pictures - totally stunning. A lot of care clearly went into the construction and to the interior (like REALLY comfy beds and chairs!), and there was a large outdoor green space for our toddler (2.5) to run around. Tom and Trish were extremely responsive to all our questions and gave us lots of local tips for where to go/what to do. Note that are there are no window coverings so if you have a young one you might want to bring your travel curtains.It is not clear from the VRBO listing that this is a single building with 2 separate units. For those, like us, who were anticipating no other guests sharing the building and property, note that you can hear the other guests enjoying their own space outside and you can hear the plumbing (toilets flushing) from the other unit (other than that it's very quiet in the the unit and you don't hear talking or music or anything like that). You also do have your own private space (including a totally private sauna/backyard space), and we had a really great time!"

"We had a great time, bang for the buck and then some. The accommodations were just perfect for a small family. The was no shortage of any amenities and onsite outdoor entertainments with a paddle boat, canoe, fishing equipment, small kids playground and an outdoor fire pit. The inside of the unit was well equipped and very clean. Anything that you could think of short of a meat slicer you’ll find there. The host Luc was very kind and took us for a boat tour of the lake and its islands. The southern facing patio and dock was great for enjoying the sun all day. "

"This property provides amazing accommodations in a beautiful and peaceful location. We loved having access to the canoe and kayak and the host was very helpful answering our questions. A boat is necessary to access this property and one should make sure they have the host lead them out so they're aware of the best path to take to avoid rocks and shallow areas in the water. Once you've arrived, a relaxing and memorable vacation is guaranteed."
