Really disappointing, way below expectations from this type of hotels. At check-in the receptionist was mainly interested in having the credit card for incidentals and did not:
1: Say anything about the fact that cleaning service was upon request. And the amazing thing, is that they make you feel that it is your obligation to inquire about that at check-in.
2: Check that the room did not the blue sticker "Sanitized". The sticker was on the door of most rooms of the floor.
3: Mention that the door of the bathroom was stuck. You need to pull like crazy to open it from outside, or to push hard to open it from inside.
On the evening of the next day, when I found out that there was no cleaning done, the receptionist told me that the only thing they could do was to send someone to see what could be done. A person showed up but could not do anything except bringing fresh towels.
At check-out, there was no records of all the items above, and I had to repeat everything to the receptionist.
Each time I had issues with other hotels, I had the manager on duty calling to apologize, or leaving a sorry note with the receptionist for check-out.
Next time if you have to stay at this hotel, because all others are fully booked, make sure your checklist of is ready, otherwise it will be your fault.
