We stayed here due to the proximity to RPI, the general area is not the greatest but you can tell it’s being cleaned up- the hotel was clean, safe and updated and the staff was helpful.

Very last minute I needed to find a hotel to stay in, and so I chose this hotel because it was available, very close to where I was, and the rates were very reasonable. - The staff was so accommodating. Because this was so last minute, I didn’t have an overnight bag. The staff was beyond helpful with providing me some essentials free of charge. - The room was very comfortable and clean. Certainly above average from what I was expecting for the rate. -There were many very convenient options for food / drink / socializing - including a restaurant in the hotel which was open until pretty late. The restaurant wasn’t packed but had a good crown with a great vibe - somewhat rare considering it was a random Wednesday night. I hope to stay here again!

We stayed in a Hilton property the night before and the breakfast was free (made to order omelettes!) and stayed in another Hilton property the night following with free breakfast - and all of the buffets had the same offerings. Not sure why this one wasn't free - since it was the same exact food offerings or less than the other two. Just something to be aware of...

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff, from the manager checking us in to the friendly staff at breakfast, were all so great. The room was clean, large, and so comfortable. We appreciated the on site restaurant and the GF options at breakfast.

We stayed only one night because we had to drop my son off at RPI. (Which is very close). We got the accessible room this time due to knee tear. I’m glad I did. The bathroom was definitely big enough if you’re in a wheel chair. It had plenty of bars to hold on to in shower or if needed around toilet. The room was a very nice size. If you are are in a wheel chair, crutches, or cane you will find there is plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. There were two queen size beds with three pillows on each of them. There was a big size chair with pillow if one chooses to sit there instead of sitting on the bed. There was also a desk if you need to get some work done. There was a piece of furniture that had a refrigerator in it, a Keurig coffee maker and a microwave. There was also a dresser with three drawers and a big TV. We didn’t use the gym, but we were able to see it from the pool and it seems like a very nice clean room. We did take advantage of the pool. It was very nice, but the water was freezing. I did want to add that there was three steps and a banister to be able to get into the pool. It was very safe and sturdy. Also plenty of towels available. We also went to the restaurant downstairs the night we arrived. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great. Over all it was a nice stay and I would definitely go back.
