This is a hotel used for homeless people and hard drug users. The hot water didn’t work for the first two days, then it was luke warm at best afterwards. There were bugs in the room, and the room was nasty. I found a toe nail in the dresser drawer, and mold on the shower curtain. The owner told me if I don’t like it then could leave. It was absolutely filthy disgusting gross definitely not family friendly when I went to the front desk to confront l the worker at the front desk he said well you could’ve come and change the room. I had an infant and it was midnight or quarter to one when I was so exhausted that I could not go up there and they said you could’ve switched rooms and I’m like by looking at that room. The desk clerk was rude with no attempt at addressing our concerns.
