Welcome to Villa Sol, a hidden gem in Vale da Parra. Have wonderful moments in this cosy V3 +1 semi-detached villa with a prime location being a short walk from restaurants, a supermarket and a short drive from Algarve Shopping and Galé Beach.

Outside, you will find plenty of space, a barbecue and a private pool. The space is ideal for leisure with family and friends and it is inviting for al fresco meals by the pool.

Inside, it offers a 2-store villa, with a comfortable living room, and a complete kitchen for your home-made meals. The bedrooms are distributed with 2 per floor and they all have their own ensuite which provides more privacy and convenience for your vacation.

Self-check-in:
· A week before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with house details (location and how to get the keys) and instructions to pay the safety deposit so you will be asked to provide your email

Emergency number:
· In your check-in will be provided with an emergency number to be used in case of urgent matters. This number will be sent by e-mail.

House Rules:
· 350 € as a safety deposit one week before entering the house. The amount will be refunded up to 1 week after check-out and will only be deducted in case of damage to the property.
· Pets are not allowed
· Smoking is not allowed
· It is not allowed for parties
· Minimum age for booking: 21 years old (main guest)

Extra guests and beds:
· Maximum capacity: 8 (7 adults or 6 adults + 2 children)

Tourist tax:

Haus ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Leider funktionerte das Wärmen mit der Klimaanlage nicht. Wir hatten schlechtes Wetter mit z.T. 10 Grad, da wäre es hilfreich gewesen. Dadurch war im Haus auch die Luftfeuchtigkeitbrecht hoch...
