Large green back yard with outdoor eating space and fire pit. 10 minutes away from balloon fiesta park, and within walking distance to Park & Ride location (balloon fiesta shuttle service). Minutes away from popular restaurant options including tin can alley - with many unique eateries. Short walk away from large park with playground, and also an open space with walking trail.

Both bedrooms feature a queen bed. The living room has two couches, each could be used as a bed. There is also an air mattress on the property if needed.
