They asked if I need any accommodations or anything extra to make my stay alright and gave an extra call on the phone if I needed anything else before it got too late. Not many places do this which was nice.

The hallways smelled like urine. The room was clean. Not all the plugs worked in the room. Sheets on the fold out couch had not been changed and were dirty. When ot rained the gutter outside my window qas broke ao all the water drained on our unit and started flooding in our room. The staff ended up moving us to another room which was a lesser room. The whole hotel was extremely hot. Lobby halls and the pool. We have not been compensated for anything. Hopefully tomorrow when the manager comes in may e something will be compensated.

Well I liked that I did not see any bugs here however, we stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and one mattress was very good while the other one was very used and uncomfortable. The staff that we saw were very nice and greeted us.

This was my first time in ABQ and was looking acco t stay for a night but some hotels looked shady and some quite expensive, this was the only hotel with low prices but clean. I’d definitely stay here again if and when I’m in ABQ. The Indian guy at the front desk during my stay was very nice too who helped with some suggestions to go around ABQ.

We drove in from Texas, and I do mean from the other side of Texas. It was a long day of driving. When we drove up to the hotel the manager was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel lobby was warm but seemed cleanish. The rooms were clean upon first looking but then my socks stuck to the floor because of something sticky. Also, the bedding looked stained.

It was a nice place for the price. We just needed a clean room to spend then night passing through Albuquerque and we found it here. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. And the breakfast was good.
