"My room was clean, but it seemed like it wasn’t completed. The bed, towels and bathroom seemed done, but there was no soaps left in the bathroom. The main area was clean, but the fridge had left overs in it from a prior guest. So while the room was clean for use, it seemed like they had not checked the details."

"Asked for a quiet room upon checkin, had already listed that on the reservation, yet had to argue several times with the checkin man that yes I wanted it. Room was mostly quiet except it overlooked the busy roadway. Small king room.no whirlpool, no room safe. Sheets were terrible, old with lots of pilling. Breakfast was standard, but overcooked eggs. Close to bus stop to get to metro train to dc."
