The fact that the seat for the second leg of the trip was not assigned till boarding was a little disconcerting, but it worked out.
It could be very helpful instead of using symbols next to letters of seats, use the actual word "window" "aisle" as some passengers aren't sure if their seat is a window seat or aisle seat.
Easy smooth flight.
Seats were small and unpleasant, selection of a seat should not be considered an upgrade
Flight was nice and smooth.
The flight home, scheduled to depart at 10PM Saturday, was troubling. We boarded an frigidly air-conditioned bus and sat for 17 minutes before moving toward the plane. We could have left on time, at 10PM, but departed over 25 minutes late because of a discrepancy between the gate and onboard passenger counts. The flight attendant counted the number of passengers five times, the last two with some yellow-vest people from the terminal. On the last count passengers were asked their last names. It's troubling when a airline loses a passenger, more so when it loses two of them. We never were told what had happened. I posted two short videos on Facebook, but did not identify the airline.
Small RJ seats were full in rear half of plane with mostly empty seats up front so flight crew moved all 4 of us to empty First Class seats to help balance the plane. Can’t beat that for a nice surprise !
Got in early for this last evening flight—very much appreciated!
Short time between flight from Syracuse to DC. Had to shuttle and hurry. Made it a little hectic
