“I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!”

“Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Windows were filthy inside and out. Carpet smelt of foist. Kitchen was ok after I had cleaned it. The shower was dangerous. It went from cold to scalding hot. Because the cubicle was small I couldn’t get out fast enough so scalded my arm. No warm water to wash in the bathroom sink. The door to the inside of the flat opened outwards so was very close to the top step.”

“This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.”
