The house has two bedrooms distributed over two floors: one bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and another attic-style bedroom on the upper floor with two individual nest-type beds, accessible via a staircase from the living room. The living-dining room is bright and modern, connected to an American kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances (induction, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and more), ideal for preparing your meals with comfort.
The accommodation has heating, air conditioning, wifi internet access, washing machine, iron, hairdryer and a spacious garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, the plot is fenced for greater security and has open-air parking in the same building.
