“Cons: * in rooms, no iron or kettle and cleaning staff who ignore do not disturb signs. * The burgers by the pool need to be cooked for longer as they are quite raw inside. * Despite the great efforts of the cleaning staff, Encourage guests to clear sweet drinks and sweet food by the pool to reduce the wasp population. Pros: everything else!! Overall a great experience, lots to do with * lovely entertainment team, security, waiters (khalil and the lady who works in the adults only……

“Vi kom fram till hotellet sent och var trötta, vi möttes upp utav trevlig personal i receptionen med en välkomnstdrink och kördes därefter tillsammans med vårt bagage i golfbil till vårt rum. När vi skulle lägga oss och sova och drog upp täcket så möttes vi utav 3 st stora kackerlackor som kröp fram direkt när täcket drogs upp!! Självklart gick vi direkt till receptionen som lät oss byta rum efter fått sett bildbevis på ohyran. Bra mat för att vara all inclusive, särskilt den marockanska……

“An outstanding holiday. Stayed 4th - 9th June. Staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and varied. Visits were good value for money - balloon ride, souks tour, palaces tour, camel safari and on site hammam massage. Hotel was spotless with plenty of sun beds and varied activities and entertainment throughout the day and evening. A very enjoyable visit and highly recommended as place to stay when visiting Marrakesh ”

“Although more of a hostel, if you can score a private room, it’s a very hip propert, filled with internationals. Breakfast is solid and the sun deck is nice but only has 4 loungers so be sure to snag one!”

“Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. ”
