“Very clean and spacious. Loved the breakfast every morning. Staff were very nice.”

“This location is dated and need a makeover.”

“Breakfast had flies in it. Pool was under maintenance. One machine at the gym. Needs to be cleaned better.”

“Our Unit was VERY dated....the sheets had good size holes in them, we were there a full week and NEVER had housekeeping ask if we needed any thing, I had to hunt them down for more towels, no sign to put out to ask if the room needed cleaning, it was like a ghost town. The air conditioner was LOUD and the entire property was dated. Definately needs some attention. Comforter on top of the bed was so old, the stuffing inside was clumped up in various large balls, I looked in other rooms through……

“5 star”

“Shelby was an excellent help with our stay. Unfortunately the cable and internet was out due an accident offsite. She kept us informed as to when it was back up. We did not use the amenities.”

“The staff was wonderful and the stay was peaceful.”

“Cheap place to sleep. Get what you pay for.”

“This place was perfect for my family of 6. The outside covered deck was a plus. Not many stairs to water after being in house. We rented a boat from Lake Malone Pontoon Rentals. Would definitely consider Lake Malone again.”

“Property was great ..quiet neighborhood..close to everything..great host and communication..I will not stay at a hotel again..when in this area..I will stay here again”

“Nice place only thing I would recommended is updating beds to queen or king size.”

“Amazing place to stay!!”

“We stayed here because my son got married at Burdoc Farms Oct 17th, 2026. The house was so cute, very clean and about 10 minutes from the venue. Any messages I sent to Phyllis, she got back to me promptly. The only downside was we would get back so late from setting up/wedding that it was too chilly to enjoy the front/back porch and gaze at all the stars. It’s just over a 2 hr drive (from Louisville) so if I needed a quick weekend reset, this would be the perfect quiet place to unwind.”

“Great place with a lot of room. My youth group especially enjoyed the games downstairs”
