“The lock would not work to access room, onsite staff not helpful and made it clear she thought it was our fault, but it didn’t work for her either. She did not want to give us a key even though we called the service number and they said they would give us a key. The code worked later on but gave us trouble the next day too. Other than that room was clean and tidy and the property was nice. The description says “no drinking“ and I interpreted this to mean they don’t want people excessively……
