“Great spot to stay in Newburyport. Walkable to all downtown restaurants and the Clipper rail trail. Quiet room itself, kinda like an “efficiency” apartment. Everything was clean and up to date. The pictures are accurate. Parking is limited and tight - I was lucky to park each night, but it’s close to overnight parking should you need it.”

“My family really appreciated our one-night stay at this beach house. It was very clean, and they had beach supplies (towels and folding chairs). The one flaw was that one of the planks on the bunk bed was a bit loose, so my son didn't feel comfortable sleeping on the top bunk. But there were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 5.
