We booked this hotel last minute after our previous hotel had bed bugs. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was amazing. Although they could not accommodate our stay for the entirety of our trip to Amsterdam as it was a last minute booking, the staff offered to help us find another hotel close by. Thank you!

The breakfast was continental style but a good variety and fresh ( unlike some hotels in the US). Friendly staff. Great location. Why do the rooms not have any drawers? We were there for 6 nights and it would have been good to unpack.

Got a room with canal view, it was worth it. Decent size for European standards. Good breakfast options but mostly cold/contential. Parking was inconvenient with distance and having to uber to and from hotel. A good walk to any attractions and only a couple of restaurants options nearby. Staff was great and room really clean.

We have reserved a quietly decent Room with canal view on the 3rd floor. Staffs were nice and friendly especially breakfast room staffs. A House keeping team has done a good job as well.
