"Breakfast was very good. Room was dusty, you could clearly see it on phone and on surfaces. May or may not be fixed by daily housekeeping but needs to be checked. Although spacious Would not consider our room in Luxury category. Location excellent. Staff some more helpful and smiles than others."

"On arrival hot tub disgusting not fit to use, however this was rectified quickly and sorted on the Monday. 1st floor toilet out of order meaning guest had to use toilet on other floors which was very inconvenient with children.
