The hotel staff member almost growled at us when we rang the bell for the third time to get someone. He seemed unhappy we were there. The hotel was in bad repair, many places in the bathroom with poorly applied caulking. Many dirty areas of carpet. I didn't feel safe. I would never stay there again.

The entire front building has been wrecked by a fire and windows are boarded up. It looks a lot different than the Expedia photos. It was also super noisy in my room. I could hear every step the person above me took. There was no WiFi and they don’t know when it will be restored. The staff was really nice though, and the airport shuttle was convenient.

My husband and I have stayed here three times previously. Always decent experience, quiet, comfortable, close to visit relatives who live locally. The place has maintained quality service as far as we’re concerned.

What a dump and the old portion of the hotel is burnt down and they didnt even rebuild it. Very dirty rooms and needs major Renovations.

Wonderful staff. I liked being picked up at the airport at 2 am. The driver and front desk staff was great. Also, the bed sheets and towels were clean and new. However, the property is in deplorable condition. The main building you see on pictures had a fire 2 years ago and is still there destroyed. The building being used is old and very dirty. The rugs are horribly unclean. We could not touch the shower curtain because it was nasty. Charging $177 tax is not ok.... if it had been $50 compared to the neighbor hotel I would have understood but it was not and I felt robbed by Expedia sknce I trust the pics to be at least updated. I have pics and videos to prove this. Contact me anytime.

This property is misrepresented in on-line venues. The front is burned out and overgrown. The usable back part was an old apartment represented as a deluxe suite. The hallway smelled of feces; there were fist-punched marks on the front of the refrigerator. We did not stay here.

Smoke smell! This property boasts that it is a non-smoking property. I booked two deluxe two bedroom rooms for my family of 5. One of the rooms was ok (dirty, but didn’t smell of smoke). The second room smelled so strongly like smoke that I had an instant asthma attack when I opened the door. We asked for a different room. They downgraded our room, no refund, and it still smelled like smoke. The second room wasn’t as strong, but still VERY noticeable. I book non-smoking hotels because our entire family has asthma. If they are going to advertise as non-smoking, they should truly be non-smoking. DO NOT RECOMMEND if you are at all sensitive to smoke.

The good stuff is they do have a shuttle service to the airport. They do have a free breakfast. They do have washers and dryers. The place is a dump. We did not have wifi the entire time we were there. The furniture is old and broken down. The sliding glass door did not lock. The sink did not have a stopper. Everything is old.

The room was nothing like the pictures. There was a fire 2 years ago and we were shunted to an annex building. The room hadnt been cleaned from the last guest. Dirt and dust and grime from years of accumulation. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me.

The pictures this place put on Expedia are a fraud. The original hotel is a burned out shell surrounded by dumpsters and trash. There is no lobby. There was no wifi! The place was dirty. The staff was nice and the coffee was good but that is all i can say. I hope I can post the photos I took.
