"The location was excellent for the San Pedro train station and market. It was very easy walking to the Plaza de Armas too, maybe 5 minutes. Of note, our tour got canceled last minute, and Juan got us a great guide. We couldn’t have been happier! Also, they were in the process of making a coffee bar window to the street, and it’s such a great location for that! Breakfast was tasty and hearty. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. "Context: reservation due the location and price. Arrived: different conditions, more expensive (less discount), the room wasn’t ready, etc. Solution: we had to pay more. We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. Summarizing, please be sure that your booked hotel is exactly with the conditions offered and please check the comments to avoid stress "

"Nice staff, very clean. The staff was very friendly and approachable. I got there late after the actual check in time but they still assisted me.
