“Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!”

“Everything was good except you have to dial the tel or WhatsApp for many small things (e.g. door couldn't be locked easily and locker change).”

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the……

“Compact, comfortable, industrial chic apartment in quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the old town. Secure parking option very useful.”

“This apartment is in the San Francisco neighborhood which is rough. We saw lots of junkies in this area and I learned later that the “Sala de Consumo Supervisado” is an 8 minute walk from the apartment. There are trash bins right in front of the building that smelled terrible on a hot day. There is no elevator so you will need to get your luggage up a flight of stairs, half of which have no railing as there is significant ongoing construction in the common area. There are exposed wires and……

“First and most wonderful and helpful staff, everyone making the best of the experience; location is one of a kind, just next to everything. The unit was comfortable to the best, neatly clean, fully equipoed, and Bilbao it’s a gastronomic and ambience best experience. Will definitely return”
