Excellent hotel with an amazing pool. But the greatest feature of this hotel the staff you could not ask for a better group of people. Will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is at a good location. The building is kept/mantained but you notice the age. The hotel has many staf members, and everyone does their job. But what makes this hotel great is the service you get in the lobby. The frontdesk and the 2 bell boys and sometime bell girls. They are all wonderfull. So friendly, caring, helpfull and profesional. Their way of giving service to the guests is why i gave a high score. They stand out. Don't misunderstand me, the other staf are friendly just like you would expect from any hotel. But the lobby personal, they are another leven. They left an impresation. From the young ones to the older woman managing the frontdesk personel.

Excellent staff. Very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The hotel looks the part for your Angkor experience. My only criticism would be the shower / toilet area in our room. The toilet roll holder was against the back wall, instead of either wall on the sides, making it difficult to reach. Our shower faucet was sticky, i.e. it was either a trickle of water or full blast. The shower head was also fixed, so you could not turn it away from yourself if needed. The temperature control was also either cold or scalding hot. These combination of issues then made it that you either had cold water blasting you or being scalded by extremely hot water. It took 10min to finesse the correct temperature. 😅 It would be a simple fix, and not anything that would take away from the overall pleasant experience of the hotel.

Spotlessly clean + sincere and helpful staff. Walking location; safe even in the wee hours. អរគុណ (thank you) to all the good people, we really enjoyed our stay. Pro tip: “Angkor Market III” is the closest supermarket and has everything you can dream of. Matches perfectly to the full kitchen in your room at the Chateau.
