THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE

The villa, located between the forest and the ocean, is very close to the Golf of Chiberta, the tennis and horse riding clubs, the Plage des Cavaliers and the Anglet coastline (bicycle paths).

You can walk or cycle along the beaches to the Chambre d'Amour where there are many restaurants, cafés and small stores.

The city centers of Biarritz and Bayonne are 15 minutes away by car.



LA VILLA

After passing the entrance of this contemporary villa, one enters the living room. The living room, all open on the garden and the swimming pool, is very bright. It allows us to enjoy a wooden terrace equipped with a plancha and a large table for lunch or dinner in family.

On the same level, you will find a large open kitchen, a master suite with its bathroom (shower, double sinks), as well as an independent toilet.

On the first floor, the night space is composed of four bedrooms, two of which are suites, each with a shower and a sink. Two rooms share a terrace with sight on the swimming pool and an independent bathroom. There is also an independent toilet.

In the basement, you will find a dormitory with two bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet.



WHAT WE LOVE

The proximity of the beach and the magnificent coastal walk, 5 minutes away on foot.

The proximity of the golf of Chiberta to 3 mn by car.

The large bay windows of this villa overlooking the pool.



ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

As a general rule, arrivals are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and departures from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. For any arrival or departure before 8am and after 7pm, an additional fee will be charged:

From 7pm to 10pm - 50€.

From 10pm to midnight - 80€.

From midnight to 6am - 120€.

From 6am to 8am - 80€.
