“The only thing I did not like, they would not cancel our reservation, because I had gone through Expedia. And Expedia was only giving me a voucher of but charging me a large cancelling fee, leaving me with not even half the price of room. Hotel was kind on upgrading my room, they say, but they would not budge and cancelling the reservation, even thow the hockey game in arena across them was postponed to a later date. We wanted to go back home to Gatineau.”

“Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!!
- Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport.
- The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful.
- Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
- One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide……

“Our room 322 was at a terrible location if the hotel. Bed was not up to a King size as promised and the noise at night all night was terrible. We both told the staff this morning when chow king out that the construction noise in the laneway at 3,4, 5 am every night for 4 nights was unacceptable. She basically said so sorry and offered no recourse to anything for the inconvenience. I’m ve stayed there many time in the boat few months and weeks as it is an excellent location to the Habs games.……
